Free BPL Wap Setting for PC

It is possible to surf the sites in computer with BPL WAP. However speed is very slow as compared to airtel and idea.
You need a Nokia PC suite and proxifier installed in your p.c.
Downloading is possible only in night when there is speed upto 10 kb/s.
Do the same settings as u do to connect nop on p.c but change the settings to bpl.
