Transfer SMS from s60 phone memory to mmc card memory

Yes , you can easily transfer any of your messages already residing in the phone memory causing your phone to process various operations at a slow speed due to the memory usage by the sms messages.

I have illustrated the entire procedure to move your sms messages in single with a four step below.

How to do it:

1. Make sure that Messaging memory is set to Phone Memory (Messages -> Settings -> Other -> Memory -> Phone memory).
2. With FExplorer, go to E:\System\Mail and delete the whole dir. Not just the content, the whole dir.
3. Go to Messages -> Settings -> Other -> Memory and select “MMC”
4. Now you will be prompted if you would like to copy the messages to your “new” location.

Install the modem driver for CDMA phones

If you want to access internet on your pc using your phone’s internet connection then you must have the modem drivers installed in your pc to start using the internet access and if by any chance your pc doesn’t have the modem driver the internet will not work on your pc although it will work in your phone. Just follow the simple steps to install the default cdma phone driver

1. Click on the start button and then click on the control panel option. In the control panel window click on the phone and modem options.

2. Now just follow the instructions on the wizard and install a new modem on the computer but be careful on the fact that you should manually select the standard 33600 modem among the available default options. Do not let the computer to detect automatically plug and play modem.

3. After you are done with this you can install the modem on any available default COM port.

4. After you have installed the modem, right click on the icon and select the properties option. Then you need to configure the Extra Initialization command under the advanced menu options. Set the Extra Initialization command to AT+CRM=1.

5. To complete the whole process you need to create a new connection using the new connections wizard.

You can do this by accessing the wizard in the control panel window. I m putting up this post but let me inform you all that I have not tested this procedure. So all those who will try it out leave a comment for the benefit of the others.

Show Ads after each post in blogger

This trick surprisingly increased my earnings 4 times from last few days! I have modified my blog code to put adsense ads between post title and post body!
Well this kind of ad placement will surely result in higher payout! But I’m demonstrating how to do that for blogger beta only! You can apply similar hack for other blogging platform!google for help…

#Steps for placing ads in every post!
1. Log in to your blogger beta account!
2. From your dashboard, click on “Layout”
3. Next click “Edit HTML”
4. Now Check “Expand Widget Templates” (by default it is unchecked)
5. Now search for post.body in codes. (Better use your browsers built-in search feature)
6. By default it should appear in your layout code only for once and you should reach the line…

7. Now if you want to put your adsense codes between post title and post body paste it above the line you found in step 6 or below the line to show ads after posts!
8. Wait its not over yet! You have to modify adsense codes a little-bit. But don’t worry about the TOS as this modification will not be visible after template gets saved. (In-fact I’m doing this only)
9. Your Google Adsense Codes will have following lines!

just replace highlighted < with < and > with >

Steps you need to consider to get banned from adsese

Below is a list of ways people have been banned from AdSense and information on how to avoid it happening to you.

Dont click on your own ads

The obvious one but still people do it. Google has the IP address of the computer/s that youve used to create and check your AdSense account. If it sees that this IP address clicks one of your ads youre in trouble.

Dont do it. Its theft. Not from Google but from the AdWords advertisers.

If you want to go to a site advertised by one of your ads dont click on it look at the URL of the advertising site at the bottom of the ad and type it into your browser.

If you click on one accidentally (which does happen) youre probably be ok but its worth dropping a quick email to Google with an explanation and apology

Dont log in to AdSense from a shared computer.

As I said above Google keeps a record of every machine IP address used to look at your account. If you check your stats on a machine then someone else clicks on your ads from the same machine Google sees this as click fraud. Worth bearing in mind when thinking of checking your stats from somewhere like an Internet Cafe.

Dont log in to your AdSense account from work.

Apart from getting in trouble with the company that employs you theres also a further real risk. Most companies use a proxy server to access the Internet. A proxy server with ONE IP ADDRESS. Therefore you checking your ads from work means this proxy IP address being recorded by Google as one that you use. Problem is if there are 1000 people in your company it is the same IP address for them too. Google cant differentiate between you and the other 999 employees in your company. If one of these 999 clicks on one of your ads its ban time.

Dont get into a Ill click your ads if you click mine agreement with another Webmaster.

As above Google will have your IP address and that of every AdSense publisher. If they see these IP addresses consistently clicking on each other ads its goodbye for both of you.

Dont tell friends and family.

Telling friends and family about your money making websites can lead to problems. Even if you tell them not to click on your ads theres always the chance that Auntie Maud will think its a good idea to make some extra money for her favourite nephew. 100 clicks later from the same visitor and your account is screaming Click Fraud.

Receiving clicks from illegal traffic

It should be kept in mind that the ads, that are at the top of the web page pays more. Yes, you read it right. As we all know that we are allowed to place 3 ad units in a single page, so the topmost ad should be placed there, where the possibility of clicks is more. Lets analyze this with an example.

Below is a 2 column template with a header . Its a simple ad format that most of the bloggers use. Have a look :


In the above format there are 3 ads :

Ad number 1 : Its a 468 x 60 ad format that is placed at the top i.e in the header.
Ad number 2 : Its a (468x15) ad format the displays up to 5 links and looks like a navigation bar.
Ad number 3 : Its same as ad number 1 i.e 468 x 60 ad format and is placed at the bottom of the web page.

Now, we can see that the ad number 1 is placed at the top, it means that it will pay more than other two ads. But the problem is that the probability of getting clicks on ad 1 is less than ad 2. If we see the image again, we will analyze that the ad number 2 looks like a navigation bar i.e menu bar, so getting clicks on it is much more than ad number 1.



And at last ad number 3 is at the bottom will pay much less than other 2 ads. So, according to me its a wrong format of placing ads.
The bottom line is, always place that ad at the top which has more possibility of getting clicks. So in order to get more revenue the ad should be placed like this :

Free Unlimited Download From Rapidshare

I knew a lot of us here use Rapidshare to download and share a lot of stuff. It's quite annoying when we were unable to download for a certain period after downloading a big file. What are going to be shared to day is how to download from Rapidshare using proxy so that you won't have to face the 1 hour limitation problem again.

The programs that we need are a browser with ability to use proxy. I use Slimbrowser for two reasons:

1) I don't want to delete my Firefox or IE cache and cookies files.

2) It's very lite and not a resource hogger

Steps:

1. Download the browser from this location. Install it.
2. Get a proxy list here. This trick requires the usage of proxy server to work. So don't skip this
step. Grab one proxy or more!
3. This is how you are going to setup your proxy
:Click Tools > Proxies > Organize Proxies

- In the Name field, enter something to identify your proxy, for example, Brazil #1
- In the first address field, enter the proxy address you got from Proxy4Free,
for example, 200.162.195.62
- In the second address field, enter the proxy port, for example, 3128
- If you want to set the entered proxy as the default proxy, then click the
Set As Current Proxy button
- Click OK to close the dialog box

* If you want to add more proxies, repeat the steps above again and again.

4. After you have setup the proxy, copy and paste the Rapidshare download link to your
browsers’ address bar, and wait for the Rapidshare page to launch.

5. In Rapidshare website, do the followings:

- Press enter and scoll down to bottom and click the FREE button

- Wait until the counter reaches zero or use any auto-reveal-link-utility
- Copy paste the download link into your favorite download manager, for
example, Flashget
- Download the file happily

Troubleshooting

Note that if Rapidshare gives you error like this;

This IP is not allowed to use free anonymous services.. or Your IP, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is
downloading a file…

It's time to use another proxy!!! In Slimbrowser, go to menu, Tools > Proxies and select
another proxy you already entered before

6) After downloading a file, don’t forget to clear your trace!
In Slimbrowser go to menu Tools > Internet Options to open the Internet Options applet
Click both Delete Cookies and Delete Files button to wipe out all references to Rapidshare. If
you need to download more files, repeat all steps from 1 to 6, and hopefully you’ll be happier
than ever.

Tips:

1. Do not choose proxy with port 80
2. Avoid choosing proxies addresses

internet users who live in a country outside the United States would usually get limited country slot error when trying to download files from Mega upload. 3. Right click on ‘Post Platform’ and add new string value. Enter “Alexa Toolbar”. Save the registry and restart your computer.

• So we have to figure out what type of software this box is running if we are gonna start hacking the thing right? Many of you have used TELNET for your MUDS and MOOS and weird multiplayer text dungeons and many of you havent even heard of it before period. TELNET is used to open a remote connection to an IP Address through a Port. So what that means is we are accessing their computer from across the internet, all we need is their IP Address and a port number. Now just copy all the banners from all the open ports *Some Ports May Have No Bannners* and organize them in the little record we have of the target. Now we have all the open ports, and a list of the programs running and their version numbers. This is some of the most sensitive information you can come across in the networking world. Other points of interest may be the DNS server, that contains lots of information and if you are able to manipulate it than you can pretend to hotmail, and steal a bunch of peoples email. Apart from actual company secrets and secret configurations of the network hardware, you got some good juicy info. http://www.securityfocus.com is a very good resource for looking up software vulnerabilities. If you cant find any vulnerabilities there, search on google. There are many, many, many other sites that post vulnerabilities that their groups find and their affiliates.
• At SecurityFocus you can search through vendor and whatnot to try and find your peice of software, or you can use the search box. When i searched SecurityFocus i found a paper on how Sendmail 8.12.8 had a buffer overflow. There was proof of concept code where they wrote the shellcode and everything, so if you ran the code with the right syntax, a command prompt would just spawn. You should notice a (#) on the line where your code is being typed. That pound symbol means that the command prompt window thats currently open was opened as root. The highest privilage on a UNIX/Linux Box. You have just successfully hacked a box. Now that you have a command shell in front of you, you can start doing whatever you want, delete everything if you want to be a fucking jerk, however I dont recommend that. Maybe leave a text file saying how you did it and that they should patch their system.....whoever they are. And many times the best thing you can do is just lay in the shadows, dont let anyone know what you did. More often than not this is the path you are going to want to take to avoid unwanted visits by the authorities.
• There are many types of exploits out there, some are Denial of Service exploits, where you shut down a box, or render an application/process unusable. Called denial of service simply because you are denying a service on someones box to everyone trying to access it. Buffer Overflow exploits are involved when a variable inside some code doesnt have any input validation. Each letter you enter in for the string variable will be 1 byte long. Now where the variables are located at when they are in use by a program is called the buffer. Now what do you think overflowing the buffer means. We overflow the buffer so we can get to a totally different memory address. Then people write whats called shellcode in hex. This shellcode is what returns that command prompt when you run the exploit. That wasnt the best description of a buffer overflow, however all you need to remember is that garbage data fills up the data registers so then the buffer overflows and allows for remote execution of almost every command available. There are many, many other types of attacks that cannot all be described here, like man-in-the-middle attacks where you spoof who you are. Performed correctly, the victim will enter http://www.bank.com and his connection will be redirected to your site where you can make a username and password box, make the site look legit. And your poor mark will enter their credentials into your site, when they think its really http://www.bank.com. You need to have a small script set up so it will automatiically display like an error or something once they try and log in with their credentials. This makes it seem like the site is down and the victim doenst give it a second thought and will simply try again later.
